HOUSE RULES

Dear guests, in order to ensure a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstandings, please read the house rules:

• Upon arrival submit to your host identity cards or passports for registration at the Tourist office. For more information check Pag Tourist Office notification.
• The agreed price is paid upon arrival.
• Bed linen and towels are included and changed every 7 days. The host is not required to clean apartment during your stay. Try to keep apartment clean and in order during your stay.
• Smoking is allowed but you need to consider the possibility of fire hazard.
• Pets are allowed in the apartment only with the permission of the host.
• Noise is not desirable in the house, especially during the night rest from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Exemplary behavior is obligated. Please observe the children's behavior during the games (in particular creating drafts and slamming doors).
• Please take care of the apartment, turn off electric appliances and taps when they are not in use. When going outside close all windows and doors in case of storm, or drafts, to prevent damages.
• Friends and visitors who didn't rent the apartment are not allowed to use apartment overnight, during the day or to use apartment inventory without the express permission of the host.
• If a person, who is not registered or announced before, is found in the apartment, the host has the right to cancel accommodation of the guests or the right to charge the accommodation to the unregistered persons.
• If a guest, intentionally or by accident, caused the damage to the property, will have to reimburse the full amount of damage. Removal of furniture and equipment is not allowed without special permission. We’re asking for exemplary behavior and responsible handling. The host will check the apartment, in the presence of the guests at the day of departure to see that nothing is damaged. Only then and after the return of the keys guests can depart.
• We kindly ask you to leave the apartment until 10:00 am at the day of departure so that it can be cleaned and prepared for other guests who are coming after and have the right to enter the apartment at 02:00 pm. For staying in the apartment after 10:00 am you have to pay daily price with no further staying. If you decide to terminate your accommodation earlier, host is not required to return you the money.
